Utilizing software specifically for the construction industry, we are capable of tracking every aspect of cost for the project, providing detailed reporting to ensure the project is on budget. Costs can be tracked by specific cost codes, subcontractors, labor, material, equipment and phases. For our federally funded projects, Certified Payroll Reports are generated.
Our system approach starts with preconstruction activities: detailed estimates, material procurement schedules, milestone identification, requests for information, and preliminary schedules. As we move into the construction phase, a number of tracking forms are utilized to monitor the progress and needs of the project, including submittal logs, change order logs, material logs, meeting minutes, daily report, and so forth.
